The stairs you use here are quite interesting. The spiral one below ground is good, it works nicely in the sphere shape of the building. The word i think is condemned for the below ground, and I dont know if you have really developed that yet, maybe you need to have a enclosed small space where the stairs lead to in the end, and maybe the bits that stick out should really show something wihtin them about condemned. Above stairs are cool, but have you left room for people to access them?
